  • Personalized, custom, or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as:

    • Store Credit (default), or

    • Original Payment Method, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after approval.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
